Love this deck so much. I love how different squirrel decks can be and this added some inspiration towards my own deck! +1

The video doesn't seem to work, but either way, awesome deck! : )
You might want to also change the text above the video. It sound REALLY weird. :P
I actually have a squirrel token from 2002. It flips over to become an elephant.
You can find it here.

Far too slow Chronoloco. Why use that when I've got Squirrel Nest ?

Why use Squirrel Mob when I can get infinite squirrels on turn 3? And Essence of the Wild makes Squirrel Mob quite useless. Also, please look at the descriptions before making a suggestion, it's what I made them for.

That's because of the Gaea's Cradles and Sylvan Librarys, Death927. Learn to budget where you can and you'll find that these decks aren't actually all that expensive. I just put in the best cards I possibly can for reference in the future and then compensate for when I have no money.

Maybe Coat of Arms, even though you can go off on turn 3

Not worth it when I can either have 6/6s or infinite 1/1s.

None of them work as well as your opponent having infinite 1/1s or a bunch of 6/6s staring at them in their face as soon as turn 3. The only reason this is tagged casual is because it is not legal in legacy and not viable in vintage. In a sense, this is competitive casual.

I don't need to do any of that. Orbs of Warding doesn't help if my opponent is playing a burn or mill deck as it comes down to late. The "prevent one damage" clause is pointless. I mainboard lifegain which stops aggro and burn and have a really easy method to stop creatures from dealing anything to me. Muraganda Petroglyphs is pointless with infinite 1/1 squirrels and doesn't work with Essence of the Wild. Remember, infinite 1/1 squirrels=infinite damage. The petroglyphs don't give me more infinite damage. Vigor doesn't help my game plan at all, as I already have my 6 drop being Essence of the Wild. They do very much the same thing )protecting the weaker creatures in your deck from damage) but Essence of the Wild is harder to get rid of since it creates copies of itself. Finally, Form of the Squirrel is a terrible card, as all it takes is the opponent to have a removal spell in hand to make me lose the game.
The only change I'll be doing is replacing Grafdigger's Cage with Relic of Progenitus or Tormod's Crypt. The cage destroys my flashback squirrel generators.

I was looking at the deck and thinking a simple deck with a simple plan, but how does it win? What I failed to see was the Essence, and I must say that looks pretty intense.

I don't want to use Deserted Temple for the very same reason why I won't use the tron-lands nbarry223, and that is because I don't like how it taps for colourless. Even as a two of, it would be slowing me down as the need to spend mana to untap a land doesn't get me anywhere when I only have 19 lands and a creature that costs 6 to play. What I currently use allows for a turn 3 play on Essence of the Wild and I'm quite happy with that. Dryad Arbor a similar reason, slows me down a turn, not too mention it can get removed.
Primal Rage is here so I can get through blockers on one turn. Druid's Call takes a couple of turns to be useful if they are using a bunch of creatures, and in those few turns they can play something to screw me over. The other reason is that Primal Rage gets through Indestructibility + Palace Guard
