Warped Devotion seems interesting in here

Molten Psyche definitely going in here. Warped Devotion seems good, but it's pretty conditional. Not sure what I'd take out to make room. Thinking I can pull Price of Knowledge - there are just a lot of 7 drops already and by the time I can play it I should already be wheelin' and killin'.

Swapped out Howl of the Horde (too expensive, and raid trigger is almost impossible) for Breathstealer's Crypt - it had been in before but was kind of overkill. Still, seems better.

Trying to figure out what to pull for Sigil of Sleep & Ophidian Eye now.

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and Dictate of Kruphix will annoy your opponents even more.

10 drops are a little ambitious, but dictate seems like a no brainer. As with all suggestions however... what to pull out??? #thatswhatshesaid

Mana Web is wonderful and evil way to stop counterspells or people doing stuff on your turn. Makes things like Command Tower a huge liability for enemies forcing them to either go all or nothing with their turns, essentially giving them the option to counter later or establish a board state now.

@PepsiAddicted - thanks for the upvote =)

I've got the card and have tested it, but yeah at 6 mana I really want to be wheeling. Plus it does more harm than good if I don't have some sort of draw-damage on the board.

Pulled the remaining questionable cards and added Incendiary Command, Winds of Change, Leyline of Anticipation, and on a lark Mind Twist.

Memory Jar: it's another wheel for .

Breathstealer's Crypt: you're only running 9 creatures so it's not a big deal to you. Can really hurt aggro decks which tend to make Nekusar cry. Also allows you to see what everyone is drawing. (Same applies to you too though).

Leyline of the Void: hoses most gy strategies as well as denies your opponents from ever getting their discarded hands back. Does kind of null and "void" Bloodchief Ascension though.

Time Reversal: Forces a 7 draw. Works nicely with Void as they don't get any cards back. Does not force a discard however.

Time Spiral: A free "wheel" but without the discard.

Meekstone: Stops fatties or some utility critters from coming our way and does not really impact us.

Glacial Chasm: Can stall opponents long enough to line up some wheels.

Jace's Archivist: personal preference. May not last a turn to be useful. At least if he gets removed they wasted removal on something else other than Nekusar. He's won me games.

Anvil of Bogardan: I've personally did away with any type of Howling Mine effects aside from Nekusar. But this at least forces a draw and dicard.

I forgot about fork effects! I've seen several Nek players use them, though I've ever only ran 2. Only managed to get one off, but it was fun. Fork, Twincast, Reverberate, ect. Because what's better than 1 wheel? That's right, another wheel! All for the low introductory price of or . These of coarse also depend on your personal preference and/or availability of mana. While these can be amazing, Hive Mind I would avoid. Unless you can combo off, this can backfire on you as well (same applies to Dream Halls).

Check out Mystic Remora, very cheap and efficient draw. Goblin Electromancer and Nightscape Familiar can lower your casting cost and make it much easier to chain wheel spells together.

Gross. I would avoid letting your commander ever stay on the board. I see you've made all the arrangements to keep it there. Diplomatic Immunity with Darksteel Plate Equipped would be silly good.

That, but A +1 for your cheapest non-basic being a Temple/Command Tower. I found some good card ideas for my stacks deck and Sen Triplets, so thanks!
