Use Wayfaring Temple to hit the opponent and populate. Give it trample with Selesnya Charm to make contact. Call the Conclave makes the biggest token at a 3/3.

Intangible Virtue, Flourish and Shefet Dunes are your ways to pump your team.

Chatter of the Squirrel, Join the Dance, Battle Screech, Usher of the Fallen and Wayfaring Temple continue to make more and more tokens so you never really run out of gas.
