This deck is all about slowing the game and slowly killing everyone, essentially draining them of everything that makes them useful.

The main focus of the deck is collecting taxes that are due from everyone, taken from their own blood of course. Whether it is from my card tax Underworld Dreams,"land tax" Polluted Bonds, or interest on their loans Wound Reflection. All the while, either Sanguine Bond or Exquisite Blood add to my opponent's debt, and my wealth.

Beware this deck, for the dead are my collectors and guards, constantly rising from their graves to serve my every need and line my pockets with the blood of innocents.
