I had a lot of cool cards kicking about that I wanted to use in an EDH deck. The fact that Sidisi, Brood Tyrant is in those colours was pretty convenient since I wanted to make a self-mill deck, too. Immortal Coil, Havengul Lich and Dralnu, Lich Lord are sort of the reasons behind my making the deck (in fact, in some ways, it's a spiritual successor to my previous deck Amusing, Confusing, Bemusing Oozing).
