This is my first attempt at a true control deck in EDH, so any input is welcome and encouraged. I've also been playing for less than a year, so my deckbuilding skills are a bit weak and my budget is somewhat limited.

I recently realized that Brago, King Eternal makes a more powerful general than Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, so I'm starting to craft this deck around him instead, although Grand Arbiter is one of my favorite cards and still in the 99.

Recently, I've drawn a lot of inspiration from NarejED's deck I Don't Mean to Brago, But..., which is much more well-tuned than mine, so if you like my deck, be sure to check this one out.
