I have never experimented with Seasons Past before but it looks nice, how has it been working out for you Ender666666? From looking at your combos and deck make-up I would say its only glaring weakness is hardcore graveyard removal such as Planar Void, Leyline of the Void, or Rest in Peace all of which can seriously disrupt the graveyard and cancel Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. Blood Moon shenanigans could hurt as well given all the non-basics. Since you have only 5 enchantments and can easily bring them back with green reanimation why not try out some enchantment OR artifact wipes? Tranquility or Tranquil Grove could be fun to test out. What are your thoughts about Contamination in this deck? You have plenty of bodies with all the creature plus it gives you the power to shut down all decks that cannot produce .

Seasons Past has been really great when I draw it. I'm happy to have it in the 99.
I haven't had a problem with Blood Moon or graveyard nerfing effects, but that could just be my limited experience and meta. You certainly make some good points Perfect_Phyrexia

Hmmm. What is your wincon in this deck? All i can see is Worm Harvest and Rampaging Baloths. Is it Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord? Also where is Avenger of Zendikar and Titania, Protector of Argoth? They are better than Rampaging Baloths for my opinion. Birthing Pod wins games alone too, just Pod to avenger and then pod avenger to Craterhoof Behemoth and then its gg.

Oh and Hatred works well with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord too.

Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb allows you to dig through your deck. Both work fine by themselves as well.
Rites of Spring allows you to discard your hand for a hand full of basics. Maybe not as useful with this particular deck but you can just do a partial.

ACtually if you have no swamp you ahve an untapped land that adds mana, unlike woodland cemetary where it enters tapped.

Since you're running Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord as a backup wincon, have you considered adding Devoted Druid + Quillspike ? All you'd need is the druid and Quillspike in your GY with Necrotic Ooze or if the GY hate is too strong via Leyline of the Void/Planar Void/Rest in Peace just those two on the field could work where Centaur Vinecrasher cannot.

Hi, maybe Vampire Hexmage, for you Dark Depths, think in more wincons, craterhoof, avenger of zendikar, if you add that you may considerer natural order and Chord of Calling

Thoughts on adding Life's Finale board wipe plus removal of potential threats in an opponent's deck.
Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief snipe a creature + flying damage to an opponent then snackrifice with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, also Necrotic Ooze can benefit from her ability should she be in your grave

Have you considered adding any of the new Amonkhet cards, like Ruthless Sniper, Shadow of the Grave, and Archfiend of Ifnir?

No, I haven't. What about those makes them stand out to you? I don't see them as being all that great, tbh.

I run Eternity Vessel to reset my life and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen cuz he's been just nasty when i start juggling lands. I also have Tree of Perdition as Necrotic Ooze can benefit from. Love Hypnotoad!
thoughts?

Eternity Vessel is super cute, I love it, just not in my deck... Thanks for the comment, All Glory to Hypnotoad!

The reason I like Shadow of the Grave is because it allows you to discard a lot of lands and then return them to your hand for even more card draw (or to save them if you need to play some lands and don't have Crucible of Worlds out). Archfiend of Ifnir has been great in my Gitrog deck because he acts as a pseudo board-wipe that can remove indestructible creatures, and with Dakmor Salvage can be a real threat as you can constantly remove your opponents creatures. He is also a decently-sized flier, which comes in handy. I also play with more lands, which means there is almost always something left over to discard, and he has really helped me win a lot of games (although my playgroup is much more casual).

Yeah. it's nice as a back-up Exsanguinate, although it needs be on the field as you are gathering mana and discarding.

Hate to throw a wrench in your awesome deck, but Necrotic Ooze cant use the vinecrasher's abilities. Both of the Centaur's abilities are triggered and Necrotic can only use activated abilities of things in graveyards.

I never thought Necrotic Ooze could do that in the first place

Thought the deck was priced for a proper high-end deck, then saw that what seems to be closer to 3/4 of the price is in foil-weight, when i was expecting something like candelabra to sneak it's way in.

Love the deck, helped a-lot. I'm working on a primer for another commander and I was wondering what the code was to get the background?

Vesuva doesn't work in a combo with it.
