I really like Mizzium Mortars , but I find the overloard cost is just too much. Also, I don't really need the Hero's Downfall , since Dreadbore covers the planewalkers. Crypt Incursion is an experiment for a few days - we'll see how it goes.

Devour Flesh isn't very good in Standard right now, R/G and Jund Monsters just doesn't care about it at all, it's a blank against UWx control, and it doesn't do anything that Ultimate Price won't do against MBD and MUD other than conditionally kill a Nightveil Specter. Slaughter Games is a fine sideboard card, but in most matchups it doesn't do very much, because it matters less what is in their library than what is on the field. Magma Jet is also a card that doesn't do anything in standard, as it doesn't kill most of the creatures in the top tier decks. So, if I was you I would take out 2x Devour Flesh , 2x Magma Jet , and 2x Slaughter Games and replace them with the other 2 Thoughtseize , and 3x Bile Blight . Then, since Anger of the Gods is mostly irrelevant against control decks and only sometimes relevant against creature decks, take out 1 and use the other spot left for 2x Mizzium Mortars . With Mizzium Mortars and Bile Blight in the deck you have a way of gaining card advantage other than Chandra and Read the Bones, because they usually kill a bunch of creatures.

Also, it is my opinion that Underworld Connections should be in the mainboard. It trumps Read the Bones by a long shot because of the recurring nature of it. If those are mainboard, when combined with Rakdos's Return , your deck becomes (if it isn't already) really mana hungry, so I would take out at least 1 more card for a land, if not 2.

I feel like you need a bit more card draw than just Read the Bones . Since having cards in hand are what makes you scary with this deck. Maybe slip in some Underworld Connections main board?

Rakdos's Return < Blightning

Rakdos's Return is in Standaard though.. Maybe you should side in Waste Not for the Mono B match up, since Pack Rat dies and you can easily prophet off of it with Rakdos's Return :)
