This deck uses Experiment Kraj as a +1/+1 counter engine as well as for some fun tricks with copied abilities (though it doesn't currently have the infinite loop from Sage of Hours - that's frowned upon with my current group).

Doubling Season, Primal Vigor and Hardened Scales combine to turn Kraj's tap ability into a massive buff for anything I target with it, and Inexorable Tide lets me continue to advance from there. Doubling Season and Tide also help to keep my assorted planeswalkers running, with most of the Planeswalkers being able to ultimate on the turn they're cast if Doubling Season is in play.

Simic Guildmage allows me to abuse the counter-boosting enchantments further, causing them to trigger whenever I shift +1/+1 counters from one creature to another, and if the big creatures that result from this don't provide sufficient win conditions on their own, I can generate massive hordes with Hydra Broodmaster to overrun most opponents, and Hooded Hydra and Hangarback Walker offer the same threat in the event that opponents try to wipe the board once I've got them up and running.
