This deck is an interesting evolve R/U/G shift deck, how it works is like a normal simic deck, with evolving and counters then shift counters around for final moves, but use izzet and simic cards like counterflux and the charms to control the board, draw using fathom mage and forced adaptation, the izzet charm, think twice, and the light house to dig for the good cards. Then finish off with a fatty like vorapede, navigator, nivy, or shifting and splicing onto other creatures bioshift comes in great for that.
