Basically what you want to do is use cards like Xantid Swarm, Brain Maggot, and Hornet Nest to hold back your opponent until you can start getting counters on Scute Mob.

You can flash in creatures like Deadly Recluse or Kraul Harpooner with Vivien, Champion of the Wilds to remove your opponent's attacking creatures.

Swarmyard and Cavern of Souls ties the deck together. Your opponent will 100% want to get rid of Scute Mob before it gets too big, a Hornet Nest they are attacking, or a Brain Maggot that took their best card. They won't be able counter these cards and will also have a hard time removing them, too. Sylvan Scrying gives easy access to whatever land you need.
