Exiled Hand (Modern MTG Deck)

Hey guys. This deck is just an idea that has been in my head for a VERY long time. I just wanted to get it out of my head. The idea of this is to use your exile as your hand and cast multiple creatures such as Squee, the Immortal and Misthollow Griffin while also gaining benefits from stuff like Hellbent and Bloodhall Priest. I haven't actually made this deck and I haven't got most of the cards either so I would really appreciate any help or suggestions that you could give me. Thanks!

I have been doing some reading recently and realized I cannot use cards like [card: Bane Alley Broker] to exile and cast my creatures because it exiles them face-down. So i made the following changes:

-4x Bane Alley Broker +3x Arcane Artisan, 1x Serum Powder -2x Induced Amnesia + 2x Serum Powder -4x Plunder + 4x Scarab Feast
