Okay the loop is Basal Sliver , Dormant Sliver , Pulmonic Sliver ,and 2x Mindlash Sliver one of the Mindlash Sliver must be on top of the deck or in play for this to work. The Mindlash Sliver can be sacrificed to the Basal Sliver with Pulmonic Sliver on the battlefield you can then put the Mindlash back on top of your deck. Then using one of the two black mana from Basal slivers activation you cast a Mindlash Sliver if Dormant Sliver is in play you can then draw the Mindlash stowed on top of the deck. Each time this loop is completed one black mana is gained. Eventually you can stop using Basal slivers ability and use Darkheart Sliver to gain infinite life off the loop. If that isn't enough to cause your opponent to concede then you can put a second Dormant Sliver onto the board and draw your deck. If a kill condition is needed with Blur Sliver and Screeching Sliver out you can mill infinitely by tapping the sliver before you sacrifice it.

Cool interactions once you have infinite mana

Dormant Sliver With an additional blue and green mana this and the loop now becomes draw your deck

Mindlash Sliver activating the ability on itself allows you to empty your opponents hand (this can also be done in non-infinite with Pulmonic Sliver to lock your opponent out of draw steps.

Necrotic Sliver for one white mana you can destroy every permanent your opponent owns. (seems entertaining but unnecessary usually)

The best thing about this combo is every single piece is tutor-able by Homing Sliver or with the sliver in play every creature in the deck.
