Basically a super simple budget Merfolk deck for Standard. I'm still brushing up on Magic after a long spell away so any advice would be appreciated.

The plan is two-pronged. If possible, use the exploring cards to bring in Lands and/or charge up with counters (and life through Wildgrowth Walker). In addition, follow what others are doing with Merfolk and rush with lots of buffed creatures. A lot of people have advocated River Sneak and Shaper Apprentice, but I've also thrown in a couple of Herald of Secret Streams to help others break through.

The two things on the maybe pile are Opt and Kopala, Warden of Waves. I've left out Opt since there's a fair bit of exploration going on already, but I'm willing to hear arguments. Meanwhile, Kopala, Warden of Waves looks impressive but I'm still on the fence as I already have Dive Down for protection.
