I messed around with an extortion/cipher control deck that was on here not too long ago. I added Saving Grasp and Mental Vapors as some more extortion tricks and a little more control and safety. I am looking for a way to speed it up a bit, I tend to get stuck around 4/5 mana when I really need extort to be doing some work. Any ideas?
