Update #2 —June 30, 2012
After some practical advice I have removed the Killing Waves & a Borderland Ranger for 3 Rampant Growth. I did not want to lose the early defense that the Borderland Ranger provides. I'd rather run Viridian Emmisary in this slot instead but Pilliar of Flame makes that more risky and sometimes you need that land right away rather than waiting for death.
As for the Craterhoof, you and I are on the same page but my play tests found it lacking. If you get it out early your mana creatures are tapped or Craterhoof is coming into play with no friends. I found that the big guys this deck needs are creatures that can win the game singlehandedly.

Thank you for the congrats! And people don't hate you, none of my decks get a lot of views until Ive cycled them for a month or two. I would choose Rampant Growth over Borderland Ranger until rotation, it allows you to tutor the land for one less and play it immediately. I know it goes against the creature theme but I feel like it will help more with the fatties. I also feel like Craterhoof Behemoth may not be to shabby here with the amount of creatures you have. Also for card draw, you could add card:Altar's Reap and maybe some Strangleroot Geist as a sac source as well as the Vorapede s. I don't want to take away from the creature theme too much but I feel like those may help
