I opened a pack of eternal masters at a card shop and pulled a Bloodbraid Elf and thought nothing of it until overhearing someone say that it had been lifted from the modern "banned card" list. So I decided to make a nice, simple and extremely aggressive aggro deck running a playset of them. This deck is pure aggro and super simple but I'll try to explain as to why everything is in here.

Creatures

• Bloodbraid Elf is the star in this deck, putting her out on turn 4 means at least a free 1-drop attacker.
• Legion Loyalist is great for creating first strike chump blockers and giving stuff trample.
• Monastery Swiftspear, Strangleroot Geist and Goblin Guide are excellent beaters to play early game.
• Ball Lightning and Groundbreaker are the win-conditions

Spells

• Collected Company is probably the best thing to crack out during the game. Hope to grab a Groundbreaker or a Ball Lightning (hopefully both).
• Colossal Might turns anything into a 1-turn beat-stick with trample.
• Lightning Bolt is good for killing blockers or just plain good for removal. Personally, I'd toss it to an opponent's face for a 3 damage.
• Mutagenic Growth is here for speed. Throw this down turn-one onto a Monastery Swiftspear or a Goblin Guide to deal 4 damage before your opponent can play their first land.
• Manamorphose is here for the convenience of mana fixing for Ball Lightning and Groundbreaker, and the added card-draw isn't bad either.
