This is the second deck in my "Extreme Budget" series. My first one,Extreme Budget No-Scoping-Under $5 (Without Lands), was so popular that I have decided to make more. This deck is a combination of two attributes that I somewhat like: Infect and Lifegain. Like the first one, this deck is about being cheap, cheap and more cheap.

If you have a suggestion, fifty cents is most likely the maximum price for a new card

Why Selvala?

I wanted to make a cheap, green white life gain deck, and Selvala, Explorer Returned was the only commander who fit the budget. Plus, with her mana-ramp and card draw abilities, I get big creatures fast while looking at other players' topdecks as well! I can even win turn four, which is fairly good, considering that its under fifteen dollars.

God-Hand (1v1)

- Llanowar Elves or Elvish Mystic, Spinebiter, Untamed Might and at least three lands: at least one Forest and one Plains

What to do:

• Turn One: Play a Forest, play the Elvish Mystic/Llanowar Elves.

• Turn Two: Play a Plains, play Selvala, Explorer Returned.

• Turn Three: Tap Selvala, Explorer Returned for at least two mana, and play Spinebiter.

• Turn Four: Tap Selvala for at least three this time and play Untamed Might for +7/+7 on Spinebiter. Even if he's blocked, they still die.

  Updates

• Removed Contemplation, Reclaim and Resplendent Mentor for Felidar Sovereign, Blunt the Assault, and Awe Strike

  Great Cards

• Ajani's Mantra: Triggers lifegain triggers every upkeep

• Ajani's Pridemate: At worst, gets a +1/+1 counter almost every turn.

• Angelic Accord: A 4/4 every other or so turn is really good enough for its price.

• Benevolent Offering: Give the player enchanted with Curse of Death's Hold the tokens, and heal the creatureless control player.

• Cradle of Vitality: Can give my creatures tons of +1/+1 counters just by tapping Selvala, Explorer Returned.

• Elder of Laurels: Gets things really big fast.

• Felidar Sovereign: Possible for a turn four win.

• Feudkiller's Verdict: Almost always give me a 5/5 and lifegain

• Luminate Primordial: Kills three creatures, and because this deck usually wins by infect, doesn't do too much damage.

• Serene Steward: Pumps guys easily, like an all creature Ajani's Pridemate that requires mana.

• Shamanic Revelation: Gains tons of life and sometimes draws a few cards.

• Spinebiter: Can kill a player easily with pumps.

• Sunbond: On one of my infect creatures, can win the game pretty much instantly.

• Suture Priest: The only soul sister cheap enough to play.

• Untamed Might: Part of the four turn win combo.
