Suggestions for great ultra budjet decks?

• talrand, sky summoner. Do it with fun in mind, without frustrating everyone using only counterspells... And below 35 dollars
• Niv Mizzet, firemind. 35 dollars without going into draw-kill combo.
• Atraxa, voice of praetors. Using and abusing any kind of 'counter' you could grab your hands into. 20 to 50 dollars

I want to see a extreme budget Derevi, Empyrial Tactician deck! +1 for sure! I love the cards that don't get love.

I don't know the logical idea would be ETB value. Blink the hell out of things or use dorks to trigger artifact mayhem. What is your take?

It would be interesting to do Derevi and Equipments.

Derevei's cheap play cost means that you'll always have something to equip to. Some white equipment support and blue green for ramp and counters to establish board control would be sweet.

Derevi would hold swords well. Made unblockable plus the flying helps with that front. Maybe even metalcraft would be attainable with the ramp in place. Mana rock of course then. It would be an interesting build as long as the CMC could be kept under control and not drutle but with Derevi able to untab rock and dorks it could work.

I've messed around a lot with budget black-take a look at Phyresis, Devour Flesh, Ravenous Rats, Sign in Blood,Night's Whisper, Dark Withering, Smother, Victim of Night, Flaying Tendrils, Sinister Concoction, Call the Bloodline, Nighthowler, Pawn of Ulamog, Stain the Mind, Blood Scrivener, Dark Prophecy, Grim Haruspex, Underworld Connections, Damnable Pact, Lashwrithe, Geth's Verdict, Sea Gate Wreckage. More card avantage tools, some interesting removal and a few fun creatures.

Glistening Oil? It's reusable removal, or if your commander isn't in play you might be able to use it as a win con.

GolgariGravedigger I originally played Glistening Oil and others like it, but it actually doesn't work that way, because before the enchantment resolves, the creature it targeted becomes invalid, so the oil never enters the battlefield and therefore doesn't actually return to your hand.

GolgariGravedigger and TheCenterOfTheUniverse Fun Fact: Bestow creatures like Nighthowler will kill the target and come directly into play if Horobi is on the field.

Shred i did a build of it and changed some stuff and it does fine, i deconned it though because you basically cant protect Horobi at all

Built this for last week, and was able to murder everyone and take first at one table with 2/3kill points, and second at a table with 2/4 kill points. Really works!
