I decided that I had an urge to make a burn deck. So, this is what I came up with.
I put all the good burn spells for Modern I could think of in here, and I'm pretty sure they're all legal. I would put Worldfire in here too, but that's banned I think. Would use four of them in casual. There aren't only sixty cards because this way, you get SO MANY BURN SPELLS that you can kill at least 2 or 3 opponents singlehandedly.
So, the strategy is that you just burn your opponents all aggro-like. Cards like Magmatic Insight and Burning Inquiry will help you draw some cards (I couldn't find any other red straight-up card draws, please suggest some if you know any better ones! Or any at all...) to play more burn spells. Focus on your opponent's creatures before them, because if they have no way to attack you then you can absolutely destroy them. I put Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded in just in case you need more creatures. Malignus is your main creature powerhouse, as it only grows stronger against life-gain decks and it can clear the way for you on the battlefield. What few creatures you have are for defense, except for Impetuous Sunchaser of course. Mostly, focus on blasting opponent's creatures to pieces and then smashing the opponents themselves in half with spells. Keep a few Mountains in your hand, as you won't need a lot most of the time and Magmatic Insight stuff and all that.
Just watch out for massive mill decks or massive counter decks and you'll be fine. Oh, and watch out for decks that give their controllers hexproof.
I am open to suggestions, PLEASE list them if you have any! Just remember that this is a Modern deck, and I don't want to make it too expensive.
