Without maybe board, I got this deck under 4$ on TCGplayer.com. This is an extremely fast deck based around small creatures with heroic, heroic getting activated by lots of enchantments, then with ethereal armor, buffing up the creatures quickly and efficiantly. If you don't want it pauper I suggest some ordeals of heliod and purphoros, or maybe the gods themselves.

Just out of wanting to make a good starter deck for people In my group who are interested in playing. So it had to be cheap and win a good bit to make it interesting. After building it and checking it over, found out it was pauper (all commons) and 4$ on TCGplayer. This made me doubtful it would be all that good... today my friend forgot his deck at home and so he borrowed this deck to play against me... he won 7 consecutive games against my mono white enchant (decklist isn't on this profile) that got 2nd at FNM last week. This deck is totally worth the 4$ it costs to order it, likely 2$ at your local shop if you can find them all.
