You said that this wins too slowly. What turn do you normally combo off/win, and how much disruption do you face? How do you die: infinite damage or commander damage or "just" 40? How often do you miss land-drops?
With regards to your specific card mentions on my deck, Mox Diamond is amazing if you have one (doubly so with Crucible of Worlds and Life from the Loam). I just don't own one so it's not in my version.
Speaking of which, your mana base needs quite a bit of work, which I think is the best way to accelerate the deck. Grab the remaining fetches if possible, or proxy them, or something. Play less lands that ETB tapped: I would cut the "1 life" and "scry 1" and "cycle" lands for the rest of the painlands and Gemstone Mine and City of Brass and Forbidden Orchard etc.
The rest of the artifact acceleration I could take or leave. Signets are handy, though. Oracle of Mul Daya is also a good method of ramp, especially since as a side effect it allows you to predict the next card in your deck.
From my experience, Altar of Dementia is unbelievably powerful and I'm surprised you're not playing it. It can easily combo, um, everything (not to mention it easily goes infinite with Sidisi) and put everything in your GY before a Living Death.
Rite of Replication is too slow unless you draw Ashnod's Altar every game (and even then it's marginal). The deck can get away with including high-cost creatures because reanimation bypasses the cost, but having to spend 9 mana for a card that doesn't win on the spot? I'd pass.
Acidic Slime is bad. Don't play it. If you need to get rid of lands, Strip Mine is your choice (b/c you have land recursion). If you need to get rid of artifacts/enchantments, go with Bane of Progress (probably - you'd have to playtest).
Splendid Reclamation can be an absurd (if slightly situational) ramp spell. I've frequently hit 15 lands on T6 using it - it's busted.
If you answer my questions from the first paragraph I might be able to help more :) Happy deckbuilding!

Daedalus19876: my play group typically plays combo to win fast. Or just goes for the beat down game. There is a xenagod player we all have a hard time with. A meren spore frog player that just locks the game out and never wins. The fastest decks at my table are probably Jarrad combo and sharuum combo.
Thanks for the great suggestions. I'll take another look at altar of dementia. Maybe even replace it with ashnod's altar.
I really like the cycle lands in this deck but I agree they are slow. Affording the other on color fetch lands probably won't happen for me lol. Let's hope for a reprint. I may add in the off color ones for now. I've been considering the check lands (Drowned Catacomb) and the rest of the pain lands. Would you run an urborg tomb of yawgmoth in this list?

kilgore: Okay, that helps me tune my advice a bit :) I still am curious about a few things, though, specifically:
What turn do you normally combo off/win? How much disruption and grave hate do you face? How do you die: infinite damage or commander damage or "just" 40? How often do you miss land-drops (ie how many lands do you draw per game)?
Incidentally, my favorite removal for the Theros gods is Song of the Dryads ;)
I would 100% run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth here: great mana fixing, and you can pair it with Cabal Coffers if you're feeling greedy. If you plan to kill people by aggro, I'd also include Filth in that case. I've never tried the Check Lands in here; tell me what you think if you include them.
Against a Meren/Turbofrog deck, you should be able to have a good matchup with a few modifications (to allow you to win without combat damage). I use Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord+Sewer Nemesis and my pet infinite mill/infinite zombies combo to solve this kind of issue.
If you have trouble with Xenagod (or other creature-based decks), you might add Dictate of Erebos or something to compensate. Or Butcher of Malakir, if you want to reanimate it.

Also, if you play against a lot of GY decks, you could add Tormod's Crypt or Withered Wretch. And/or Rise of the Dark Realms :D You could swing in with a lot of creatures, force him to sac Spore Frog, then steal it to keep it out of his hands ;)

Daedalus19876: gold fishing the deck. It can combo off on an average of turn 5 or 6. I'd maybe play Jarrad over meren for more consistency. I'll consider it.
I like rise of the dark realms over rite of replication. Thanks
Graveyard hate is something I'm considering against my playgroup. I like tormod's crypt and Nihil Spellbomb but if I include those I might also play Trading Post with those.

This deck is awesome, all my favourite sidisi things - ooze, lab maniac, living death, food chain, mesmeric orb. Is it just the lands you would upgrade for budget reasons or is there anything else on the wish list?

YamiKuriboh: thanks! This deck is also close to my heart as one of my favorite decks.
The Sidisi list I'm currently playing is not what is shown here. I dropped the jarad package in favor of supporting the necrotic ooze combo.
I'm still reanimating gitaxis and razaketh. All that good stuff, just trying to play more consistent magic.
I've also cut mesmeric orb for food chain. The infinite Mana it generates gives another path to victory with walking balista.
I've been meaning to update my list and this primer. I will.
Budget land base is tough. Doing it in a hermit druid shell is really tough. I'd love a set of ABUR duals but I know it's not something I'd be willing to pay for.
Other then ABUR duals. I don't know what else I'd play on the pricier side of edh. Grim tutor? Haha.
I'll update my list and primer. Thanks for the comment.
