An Eye-themed deck built around the EYE creature type.

IS TREYE-BALL THE BEST TRIBAL? ... (it is!)

Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore, Evil Eye of Urborg, Eyetwitch, and Revealing Eye   all have some form of evasion, so this deck looks to draw cards when your EYES deal damage to an opponent with Ophidian Eye and Mask of Memory. Eye of Vecna draws further cards each turn, all of which essentially creates a second hand of cards through the Moonring Mirror. (Helpful against mill decks and for evading certain types of removal)

Blink of an Eye is instant permanent removal that can draw more cards, and Revealing Eye  causes a player to discard cards. Eyes Everywhere allows you to scry before your draw step to better filter your hand, and can also be used for removal or to claim an opponents permanents for {5}{U}: Exchange control of Eyes Everywhere and target nonland permanent.

Lastly, when Eyetwitch dies, you may reveal a Lesson card you own from outside the game and put it into your hand, or discard a card to draw a card. Introduction to Prophecy is in the sideboard to scry 2, then draw a card.
