This deck is a basic Temur Energy deck -- the ramp and tempo-beat down with the Rogue Refiners and Bristling Hydras and the small removal to get damage through, with the addition of a color-appropriate synergy of Empyreal Voyager + Fabrication Module .

Empyreal Voyager in itself is a great card. A 3-drop with flying and trample is good as is, and with the added ability of adding Energy counters equal to the damage dealt, it becomes even better. That energy can be used for Servant of the Conduit or creating tokens with Whirler Virtuoso or just protecting the Bristling Hydra. But the synergy comes in with Fabrication Module. Effectively, everytime the Voyager hits, it or another creature gets bigger every turn.

Fabrication Module triggers from a lot of different things too anyway. Casting Rogue Refiner, Bristling Hydra, Attune the Aether or even Harnessed Lightning will not only grant energy counters but +1/+1 counters too.

A neat trick with the deck is having the cycle of Empyreal Voyager + Fabrication Module , using the gained energy counters (increasing exponentially every turn) to create 1/1 Flying Artifact Tokens from Whirler Virtuoso a good number of times, and then adding the +1/+1 counters to create bigger flyers, and hopefully hit for lethal in the sky.

The above is basically the core of the deck, but otherwise, as it is built as a Temur Energy monsters deck anyway, it can function normally and efficiently on its own. The added frame is just a creative way of beating the meta as there aren't much decks who effectively answer attacks from flyers.
