There are so many Ezuri builds that I have no idea whether there is a 'right' way to do it. When the Freyalise Commander Deck came out I knew there was no point in purchasing one because I already owned about 80% of those cards and then some.

I know that this deck is nothing original, I just want to keep tabs on this one... but if anyone does have a few recommendations to this one then I am more than willing to hear them.

How to Play

This deck is probably not the typical aggro deck you'd expect from the Elves Archtype but it is very stable to survive a control/removal heavy meta environment.

Win Conditions

• Pump the field with either Craterhoof Behemoth, Allosaurus Shepherd or Finale of Devastation
• use the abilities of Ezuri, Renegade Leader or Elvish Warleader with an infinite Mana Combo

Infinite Mana Combos: (The Mana Dorks need to reach a point where they generate 4 or more mana each!)

• Combo Dorks: Elvish Archdruid, Karametra's Acolyte, Priest of Titania, Immaculate Magistrate + Marwyn, the Nurturer , Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary or Wirewood Channeler
• Combo Enablers: Staff of Domination, Sword of the Paruns, Umbral Mantle

Evasion Tricks

• Elvish Champion + Song of the Dryads
• Eladamri, Lord of Leaves + Verdant Mastery or vice versa

Spot Removal Protection:

• Eladamri, Lord of Leaves is a fantastic protection to your field against removal, BUT if he's on the battlefield remember that you cannot equip your creatures OR regenerate elves with Ezuri. (Duplicant is a great (tutorable!) answer to Eladamri if you locked yourself out of an infinate mana combo)

• Swiftfoot Boots, either for Eladamri, Ezuri or one of the Combo-Dorks to give them haste for a speedy takedown

Board Wipe Protection

• Soul of New Phyrexia to prevent, Realmwalker to recover, Vanquisher's Banner (currently in maybe)
• Heroic Intervention

Why is this in the Deck?

• Mirage Mirror can double as a Mana Dork copy to get just that last Elf you need for the 4 mana cap with semi-haste. Since it's ability isn't limited to your own field you can also nab some value or big blockers from your opponent's field.
