Yeah! I was just curious, what about Sage of Hours? Personal preference against combos?

My philosophy on infinite turns is this: If I wanted to play with myself I'd stay home and watch porn.

A late-game Blighted Agent would be hilarious

Infect is absolutely disgusting. I will never run infect cards in commander.

So how about Biomantic Mastery, Bred for the Hunt, Cytoplast Root-Kin, Evolution Vat, Vigean Graftmage, Novijen Sages, and Simic Manipulator to help with the +1/+1 counter theme and some card draw?

Bred for the Hunt might actually be pretty good with Forgotten Ancient, I hadn't thought about that before, thanks.

Biomantic Mastery is a card I was thinking about a couple days ago when messing with the precon, I should find a space for it.

Cytoplast Root-Kin is interesting, but more often than not it'll just end up making me lose a bunch of counters.

Not big on Evolution Vat, as it's 7 mana to do something Vorel already does for 2 mana.

Vigean Graftmage and Novijen Sages are cards I've personally never liked. It's not that I think they're terrible cards, I just personally don't like 'em. I might be more open to Novijen Sages in the future.

I'm not a fan of draining whelk & Thopter spy network is probably one of the least efficient token generators in there due to a lack of artifact creatures, I'd probably run Asceticism instead for survivability, or swap in some group hug card draw to encourage others to get answers, depending on playgroup. Other than that, one of the most fun commander decks I've seen in a while, powerful without being unfun. +1.

Thanks!

Draining Whelk is one of my favourite counterspells ever, so that's staying, just because I love it.

Thopter Spy Network makes tokens every turn, doesn't matter if I have a lot of artifact creatures, the free flying 1/1 is what makes it good. You are right though, Asceticism should be in here. I'll have to do some testing when I can.

Its cool, I run Fleshformer in every five colour I can- sometimes things that aren't as obvious just work so well. TSN is the same mana as your commander- I can see the fliers being useful though, but something like Spidersilk Armor could also help atainst fliers. You could also look at ant queen- its not super efficient compared to most of the stuff in here, and personally I'd rather have a hornet queen when spending that much mana. Repeatable tokens might be worth it for you though.

The idea behind Ant Queen is the repeatable token idea. I'm just really big on constant streams of tokens, rather than one-time effects. That being said, ETB effects that create tokens are good. Hornet Queen is a card that I may run one day, but right now I'm hard pressed to find a spot.

Building a deck at this stage for me comes to a slow crawl for a while because there's so many good cards, and these days I can't rally test as much as I'd like to.

Awesome deck! I think you might want to try some more Unblockable creatures, such as Elusive Krasis, Gudul Lurker, and Flitterstep Eidolon, to name a few. I'm glad to see someone else who appreciates the rampiness of Fertilid with Ezuri, it makes games "Fun." On a side note, how do you set a background/font for a deck page? I'm having trouble doing that, and yours looks awesome. +1!
