Hello fellow Tapped Out members. Today I bring a new kind of Ezuri deck.

When putting this deck together, I wanted to try to keep a natural side of things. That is why there is a strange amount of squirrels, wolves and fungi. The good thing about them is that they are meant to spread, which will provide Ezuri with many Experience Counters.

Some notable creatures are:

  • Deranged Hermit

  • Mycoloth

  • Nut Collector

There is not too much flexability with Ezuri sadly. All builds are going to be around the same, just like a Roon of the Hidden Realm deck would be only ETB effects. With this comes cards that tend to reappear in most Ezuri decks. Some are from the C15 set or from afar. Either way, these cards are a must have for any Ezuri deck.

  • Sage of Hours - because everyone loves infinite turns

  • Gyre Sage - all you need to do is sink one turn's worth of Ezuri's experience to make this guy be able to produce loads of mana, like 7 mana at once.

  • Arachnogenesis - this card came in this deck and boy is it good. You prevent all combat damage coming at you and you get plenty of experience from it. Good Times.

  • Forest - just cause

Win Conditions are quite important. This deck is designed to have multiple ways of winning. One underplayed mechanic is self-deck/over draw. This is usually a loss but with Laboratory Maniac, no library=win.

Some nice spells to fit this category are;

There's also the fact that the deck is producing a lot of tokens. There's plenty of ways to win with this. Quite a few creatures are able to give your creatures trample, for instance, Brawn. If you have your counters spread out, you will be able to get in a lot of damage. Some people like to be douches. One way to do so would be to give your horde of creatures infect. Triumph of the Hordes gives all of them infect, which is gross and I love it. How'd you feel with 15 1/2 Goats with infect coming at you?

There are a few creatures that enjoy counters and want so share the majestic presence that is Ezuri, Claw of Progress. These guys use their counters to influence other players' creatures to join you. These guys are Cytoplast Manipulator and Simic Manipulator. With the help of Forgotten Ancient, they will always have counters.
This panel is just to reveal some of the really cool art featured in this deck. I really love some MTG art.

  • Cryptoplast Manipulator

  • Psychosis Crawler

  • Arachnogenesis

  • Lumbering Falls

  • Command Beacon

  • Cryptolith Rite

  • Kruphix, God of Horizons

  • Asceticism

  • Plasm Capture

As quickly as the over carded deck was put together, the deck was thinned out. Even with the right number of cards in the deck does not mean it still can't be improved. Leave any comments that could better this deck.
