Deck based on Tinker decks played by Jon Finkel and Bob Maher at worlds 2000.

The idea behind the deck is to use artifacts like Everflowing Chalice Astral Cornucopia to produce huge amounts of mana with the help of Coretapper and Voltaic Key .

After that it is just a function of locking down your opponent with Rising Waters Mishra's Helix Pendrell Mists.

Im running Fabricate in place of Tinker and it seems to run just fine. Once you have Crumbling Sanctuary as well as some level of mana control it is just a function of pumping out huge creatures with Phyrexian Processor or Riptide Replicator or milling your opponent with Stroke of Genius.
