A "Wilds of Eldraine" Precon, this deck is all about becoming Lord the of Faeries, many of which interact with your opponents' boards and mess with their stuff.

The deck's face commanders, Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, acts as a Faerie lord, giving all of your Faeries and additional +1/+1. She also allows you to profit from their deaths, by letting you draw a card (and lose a life) for every dead Faerie.

By recruiting other lords, like Glen Elendra Liege and Scion of Oona, to your side, you'll find your initially small Fey will soon be able to stomp your enemies under foot!

The back-up commander is Alela, Cunning Conqueror, and she allows Faeries to induldge in their deepest desire; goading everyone they meet! Whenever one or more Faeries poke an enemy, you can goad one of their creatures into combat. Even if they must swing at you, Alela will create more Faeries whenever you cast your first spell on each opponents' turn.

Between the Illusionist's Gambit Alela will cast to have your opponents killing each other and the Thrilling Encore they'll no doubt demand, Alela will teach you to become the master of misdirection.

The first reprint commander for the deck is the Obyra, Dreaming Duelist. A "reprint" card that debuts from the main set, she converts your love of Faeries into a slow death for your enemies. Every time a Faerie enters your battlefield, all your opponents will immediately lose 1 life. With only 40 life, that's only 40 Faerie you need to find, and there are candidates lining up out the door.

Whether you're dumping mana into tokens with Faerie Formation or just doubling the Faeries you're already casting with Reflections of Littjara, Obrya just wants to show off her dream of a Faerie nation!

The second reprint commander for the deck is the Oona, Queen of the Fae. Originally printed in Shadowmoor, this lovely lady is the original Faerie commander. By pumping mana into her ability, she'll exile the top cards of an opponent's deck and create a Faerie Token for each card of the chosen colour. An absolute blow out against mono-coloured decks.

Protected by her loyal Scion of Oona, you can show everyone that Oona is still Queen!

The third reprint commander for the deck is the Nymris, Oona's Trickster. A Commander Legends card, Nymris is all about casting cards at flash speed. The first time you do so on each of your opponent's turns, you'll get your choice of the top two cards of your library, with one added to your hand whilst the other will be sent to the graveyard. Choose carefully.

Combine this with a card like Snap to ensure that you always have mana to play with and Nymris will give you all the cards you want.

It wouldn't be a Faerie precon without some new Faerie, and these ones are sure to irritate you just as well as the older ones! Blightwing Bandit steals a card from the top of an opponent's library the first time you cast a spell during their turn, and with how well Faeries and flash go together, you'll be quite the little thief. Or perhaps you prefer Nettling Nuisance, who creates goaded pirates for your opponents? After all, it's not our fault if pirates like to rob people of life, is it? Maybe you like Faerie Bladecrafter, who grows bigger every time some Faeries hit a player. Then, when it's time to go, he drains your opponents' life equal to his power? If you like them all, call upon the Archmage of Echoes who'll create token copies of them when you cast them. If one is good, two must be better!

If you need to clear the board, Tegwyll's Scouring has you covered, as it will allow you to clear the board at flash speed by tapping some flyers, only to get some Faeries after the wipe. Tegwyll looks after us so well. You can also send your enemy down the wrong path with Misleading Signpost, which will then become a mana rock once you've started a small war. Maybe you like one of your opponent's creature (after all, then always have cool stuff) so flashing out a Malleable Impostor will get you one too. But it flies, which makes yours way cooler!

But when the chips are down, and you need to end things, Shadow Puppeteers will fool your opponents into thinking you have giant dragons on your side. I mean, Faerie shadows might look like dragon shadows when arranged correctly, but they don't need to know that, right?

This precon has few cards that rate as worthy reprints. Brazen Borrower is a little on the pricey side as is Glen Elendra Archmage, but this is due to the time between their previous printings and the release date of this precon.

However, the deck does deliver on one card and that is Kindred Dominance. This behemoth of a boardwipe is a staple in any tribal deck that can run it, as it allows you to wipe the board of every other creature other than your chosen tribe. The rest of the cards might not fetch much value when sold separately but this one carries the deck's value on it's back. If you want a Kindred Dominance, buy this precon and sub in a board-wipe, as it might be easier than finding one.

Overall, this deck is aimed at players who want to embrace their inner Control, whilst playing under the veil of Faerie Tribal (though it is a thin veil). Two of Commander's greatest strategies mixed together into one fun precon.
