I wanted a mono-Blue deck for my Pauper collection that wasn't Delver of Secrets  -based. I want something with counterspells but also a deck that isn't too control-y and that has a more obvious win-con.

If I make a Delver deck it would be the more-popular Dimir version. I don't think that version would be too tricky for beginners but I wanted to keep the motif of (mostly) mono-colored decks.
