There's something about Irencrag Pyromancer that I find appealing. At first this was going to include Ominous Seas , but I'm opting to go the Improbable Alliance s route for two reasons -

• first, I'm going to toy around with the idea of a playset of Soul-Scar Mage rather than the originally-included Yidaro, Wandering Monster
• second, I like the faster, easier payoff of the 1/1 tokens than trying to build up to eight kraken counters, only to get the enchantment zapped when it hits seven

This won't be tier one in Pioneer, but I'm willing to work at this one and keep it updated as new sets come out because it's truly fun to pilot. Hoping for some community input to optimize this deck as best as possible!
