River of Tears Looks like a fairly weak "dual" land.. You should consider getting Watery Grave and Polluted Delta for some better mana Fixing in the deck.

I Do have one question though.. Any reason for Extirpate over Surgical Extraction? I'd recommend Running it as a sideboard card, since the only real decks that you will need it for is decks that typically don't have Blue in it, so the Split Second effect shouldn't matter a whole lot. Plus, Surgical Extraction Can be played without Mana, which is useful for surprising them when you're tapped out

Otherwise, loving the Faerie Tribal, man. +1 from me.

Thanks for the +1 Upvote :). I like River of Tears because I can play Thoughtseize turn 1 easily. Polluted Delta may be a good idea but they are quite expensive. Seeing as I can barely afford this deck myself. i don't think I will add Watery Grave because I don't have lifegain and I loose life easily all ready. I may add Surgical Extraction but with the modern masters set coming out soon Extirpate may be easier to get.

Extirpate probably won't be added in MM2, since it's not nearly as close to being played as Surgical Extraction.

I did know about Spellstutter Sprites but must have forgotten about them while making it. I think I will remove 2 Mana Leaks and add 2 Spellstutter Sprites. :)

Oona's Blackguard could really benefit from all the Rogues that Oona and Bitterblossom are pumping out.

I'd say you could do with one less Mistbind Clique and maybe one less land of your choice, if you want the 4-of. Your average CMC is 2.04, and swapping in a blackguard and out a clique should make 24 lands unnecessary. Whatever works for you, though. Have my upvote: +1

Scion of Oona is backbreaking against most decks as targeted removal is mostly what people do, if you can find the slots

i would run Shadow of Doubt. Its good for when you keep mana up, and even mono colored decks run fetches to thin out their lands.

I don't think I will add Shadow of Doubt because I wish to get rid of. Also not sure how well it would help the deck really, I would rather have counter spells.

I will add Scion of Oona because it's just a better idea then Glen Elendra Liege
