Use cheap "dragons" with evasion and dragon/tribal payoff cards to overrun your opponent. Simian spirit guide into dragon tempest on turn 1 if possible. Use tribal lands that help to replay dragons for second Dragon Tempest activations. Burn your opponent's creatures repeatedly with dragon tempest and spit flame, or do a one-sided small creature wipe with fiery cannonade.

Tips: Coat of arms in this deck just about says "creatures you control get +1+1 for each other creature on the battlefield" (including opponent's creatures), but be careful because it buffs opponent's creatures as well.

Kolaghan triggers for each attacking dragon, so if I have 2 changeling outcasts out and dash Kolaghan on turn 4/5, that will be 15 damage :)
