Thanks Magicrafter. I was just thinking about some cards that could maybe replace a few executions, and I think Duress or Despise will do just the trick. Thanks again!

@kierandelmain, there's 60 now. You must have viewed the deck when I was making some card swaps.

While I like the idea and it is a good budget deck, I don't think this deck should be labeled competitive. In the current meta, most of the decks are interactive. Spellskite is a commonly played card that eats your pumps. Path to Exile and Lightning Bolt take care of your creatures easily. Tarmogoyf is a 2 mana creature that is likely to eat all of your creatures. Even the non interactive decks like infect and amulet bloom and just faster than this, winning on turns 2-4. I'm not trying to dis your deck, it's a good idea and great execution (for $13). I just don't think it's competitive and therefore the label should be removed. Just my 2 cents.

Regeneration is largely irrelevant in modern, you would probably be better of playing something like Smother over Terminate. Also, even though this is supposed to be a budget deck, you should have a playset of Lightning Bolt in there if you want the list to have any semblance of competitiveness.

Love it! as usual! reminds me of a deck I just bought has shred freak and cackler and spike jester as well. plays very similar.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions!
@danthek84, yeah, compared to expensive decks, this might lose, but it might win. I know it isn't exactly the expensive-tournament-explosive-win-on-turn-2 deck, but it is a solid build for only $13, I did my best with a limited budget that many mtg players face. I'll be taking this deck to my local FNM, and I predict to go at least 3-1. :)
@PlattBonnay, Smother would definitely work over Terminate. I only choose Terminate because it was the first 2 CMC kill spell that I thought of. Lightning Bolt,I hope to use the kill spells, and not need to run these, as they are expensive and will bring deck price up. I'll definitely consider them though. :)
@mikeicke, thanks!

@mikeicke, to see comments that have been reset in updates, all you have to do is click the little button that says "comments" on the update panels. Oh, and I was only saying thank you.:)

Nice deck and all, but I see no draw power. You could potentially be top decking by T2-3.

@Mj3913, yeah, you're right, there is no draw power. But, the deck has no specific win con, or strategy to win, so pretty much any hand you get will be sufficient to get you the win. I have even mulliganed down to five cards multiple times and still won by turn five or four. With card draw comes the need to pay mana for it, mana that'd be better spent on killing the opponent. :)
I am considering Dragon Mantle tough, so I'll add that into maybeboard. And if enough people agree that it needs more draw power, multiple draw spells will be worked into the yet to be made sideboard.
If you have any good, low $$$ cost, draw spells, let me know!

@TreeCat, I would run Lightning Bolt, but it is just too expensive for the deck. I want to keep the deck price at $-5 or less. Besides, my creatures will deal damage to the opponent, any creature threats they control, the kill spells will take care of them.
Thank you so much for the suggestion though!
:)
And thanks again dcarson!

I like how fast this is for a budget deck!
I'd switch 2 of the Rakdos Shred-Freak for two more Rakdos Cacklers, though. Same resulting creature on turn 2, more or less, and gives you an extra mana to play with on turn 2.
If only Goblin Guide were cheap...

I'd also go Predator's Gambit or Taste for Mayhem over Demonic Appetite, since it seems like playing a creature per turn just so it can die is a large mana drain for a deck that wants to spend mana killing people.
Furor of the Bitten or Dust Corona are also possibilities (the latter could be a good sideboard card). For sideboarding, if you're going up against another aggro deck, Vampiric Link might just make the difference in life totals you need.

@Daedalus, that is a very good point with the Cacklers. I'm definitely doing that. :)
Oh, and if you like the deck, check out these two decks of mine also, they aren't as fast, as this deck has more turn 4 wins than them, but they are good and fun nonetheless.

Oh, and any of the cards that are in my other two decks of the aggro deck series, I would like to not run in this deck.
The reason just might be, could possibly be, that I'l building a B/G/R budget EDH composed of all of the decks put together to certain degrees....

Yeh, I gots it. I accepted Predator's Gambit, Dust Corona, and Vampiric Link. The others were not accepted because I run them in either one of the other decks that I posted above.

Cool deck. Maybe use a little discard package through Duress and Despise?
