Krenko has been voted most likely to be exiled or destroyed by my LGS 8 months running, with Narset usually coming in at a close second.

The only way to win is to kill them all before they exile or destroy Krenko. Or turn him into a tree. Or flip him upside down. Or detain him. Or take control of him.

Current record for mana spent to cast Krenko, Mob Boss from the command zone without going infinite : 16

I built this deck to be both effective and fun at the same time. This deck is quite effective in most formats of EDH except for Usurper as Krenko kills everyone regardless of whether he is the king, guard or assassin.

The primary goal

The main aim is to somehow get your hands on Goblin Recruiter either by drawing or tutoring for him using Moggcatcher, Gamble and Goblin Matron.

Then you assemble the team of gobbies you wish to see on the battlefield making sure you get at least one haste enabler (Goblin Chieftain or Goblin Warchief) and making damn sure that Goblin Ringleader is the first card on top of your deck. Next turn, play Goblin Ringleader and then get the four most important gobbies into your hand (my preference is to ringlead Skirk Prospector, Goblin Warchief, Warren Instigator & Goblin King into hand so that Warren Instigator can cheat in any of the others next swing.

Infinite combo

Krenko, Mob Boss + Umbral Mantle + Mana Echoes = Infinite mana and infinite gobbies

Krenko, Mob Boss + Sword of the Paruns + Mana Echoes = Infinite mana and infinite gobbies

Krenko, Mob Boss + Thornbite Staff + any sac outlet = Infinite mana and infinite gobbies

Add in Goblin Sharpshooter with the sac outlet combos for infinite damage to go alongside your infinite mana, infinite gobbies and infinite fries with that.

Fun

Altar of the Brood is in this deck purely for the laughs (and tears). Nothing quite like gobbie mill as an alternate win-con.

Warp World with millions of gobbie tokens out and then put your entire deck onto the battlefield for victory. Assuming you still have a deck left.

Grenzo, Havoc Raiser is the perfect gobbie card ever printed. Swing at your opponents to make sure they cannot swing back at you or, better yet, steal their stuff using Skirk Prospector or Ashnod's Altar on gobbie tokens to cast their spells.

Where's Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker?

I don't enjoy playing with (or against) Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. The combo is unsatisfying for me and that is why I did not include it in this deck, even though it would probably do well.
