The white step towards my ultimate goal of creating a mono-coloured Commander deck for each mana type. I chose Eight-and-a-Half-Tails because (a) he seemed like one of the stronger generals in what is known as one of the weaker colours in Commander (if not the weakest) and (b) I wanted to have a voltron deck in my mono-coloured collection (yes, someone like Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon is a stronger mono-coloured voltron general but I already have a black deck that I'm largely happy with: Djmentia Unchained)

I'm still tuning this deck, which started out as a mix of voltron and control elements. From initial testing I found the voltron element seemed like it was never going to be very fast and I started swapping in more control elements with the intention of being able to stick around longer and chip away at life totals, rather than going for a 3-hit kill. From more testing still I found that yes, I could stick around longer but was never much of a threat and eventually someone could just pick apart the defenses. So as it stands now I'm beginning to swing back completely the other way and make it more voltron devoted and toss out the control.
