Here's what's going on: The deck is, as expected, heavy on tokens. It also has some element of life gain and makes use of Karametra, God of Harvests ability to search lands to power up cards with Landfall.

Here are some comboes in the deck:

1) Soul Warden with token generators i.e. Darien, King of Kjeldor and creatures entering in general

2) Doubling Season or Parallel Lives with a lot... i.e. Cathars' Crusade

3) Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Wrath of God.

4) Academy Rector + Primal Growth to any enchantment i.e.Mirari's Wake

5) Karametra, God of Harvests + Avenger of Zendikar and/or Rampaging Baloths and/or Emeria Angel.
