I'd run Rootborn Defenses in the side-board just because alot of people in my meta run board wipes.

Some considerations for sideboard
Soul Tithe - A 2 drop troll card to put the extra hurt on creatures with a a cmc of a minimum of 3.
Celestial Flare - For obvious reasons.
Revoke Existence or Deicide for Enchantment/ God Hate
Last Breath - For Pack Rat and Nightveil Specter
Riot Control - pre much Fog for white.
Smite - for some cheap combat tricks
Fencing Ace - Double Strike 1/1 for 2. Can be a late game bomb with Fortify
Acolyte's Reward - last minute combat trick that punishes the opponent for trying.to block or burn your creature off the board.

I have play tested against this deck with 3 different $200-$400 decks and this deck pummeled them into humble pie. The only deck that had any consistent wins against this one was my own white weenie EenyMeenyMonoWeenie and that one costs just over $50 to put together. Which won me 4th at this past FNM.
Anyways man i love this. +1

what about Silence ? side or main, its a good card. Take em by surprise and the cards cheap! .25 to .50
Besides that, I would put at least Gideon, Champion of Justice in there just for fun....cheap PW and put Judge's Familiar in the side. Ethereal Armor would do great in this deck too..I live off budget decks haha Im broke!
+1!

Alrighty. The deck has the shell of a really good deck, but lacks many of the intricate considerations to truly make this a competitive deck. When play testing, I found my hand chock full of two drops that were competing for that two drop stuff. This deck has trouble maximizing mana use, even if it doesn't have a straight 1-2-3 drop. To state things bluntly: The curve on this deck is weak.
I'm also a budget brewer, and the automatic excuse for something like this is the budget. But I've never seen the (copied) name of a deck hold back the true potential of a deck so much. I don't know what significance the number 15 holds to you, but this deck gets 115% better if you throw out Cavalry Pegasus for Soldier of the Pantheon and two Azorius Arrester for one Hall of Triumph and one Spear of Heliod . In addition, the number 15 is no reason not to include a full 15 sideboard.
For all the people who want a complete sideboard, my most basic suggestion is:
-3x Celestial Flare
-3x Reprisal
-3x Gods Willing .
Of course adapt that to whatever your meta is, but that shell handles the biggest decks in standard (MBD, Control, Monsters, and G/W/X Midrange).
I know I sound kind of condescending, but I seriously feel like the name is preventing this deck from becoming better. Despite myself pioneering this name series, I strongly dislike people using it to ride their decks to popularity (not throwing accusations) and especially when they are limiting the strength of their decks.
Anyways, good deck and +1

I for one agree with Arorsthrar. Your deck isn't all too powerful and only thrives in small, weak meta-ed comic book stores. This whole chain of "The Best X You'll Ever Spend" can stop piggy-backing off of one guys success. Now, all of tapped out has lost their heads over building budget aggro decks that are competitive but frankly weak.
-1 if I could.

nice. now all you need is 100 dollars to splash black for Athreos, God of Passage , Pain Seer and Xathrid Necromancer . oh, and don't forget about Brimaz, King of Oreskos for an extra 100 bucks!

I feel like Precinct Captain would fit very well in this deck, but I can't think of what it could replace. It's an interesting concept.

I like it! +1 I ran a deck like it on gameday and went 3-1. The flying given by Cavalry Pegasus was over looked by just about everyone I played.I thought I was doing good by keeping mine under $25. I only have a few different cards.-4 Dryad Militant +4 Judge's Familiar -1 Imposing Sovereign -1 Banisher Priest -1 Cavalry Pegasus -1 Fortify +4 Soldier of the Pantheon

I'd put some input but this deck looks pretty solid already, the fact that it's only $15 is pretty cool too. You could try a Profit / Loss maybe in your sideboard, against deck with Scouring Sands as an early board wipe attempt, or just a buff to all your creatures.
