Great deck for anyone new to MTG (as they aren't dropping the usual high amount for a good deck). +1

Im not seeing why it is receiving hate. Obviously not everyone using this deck is prizing out at first. Most of us aren't trying to get sponsers or go to pro tour tournaments. a lot of kids find it fun in itself to make an entire deck off of a couple allowances and be able to have a positive win-loss ratio. this is by far the cheapest deck ive seen. even if it only goes 3-2 or 2-3 it was only 15 bucks and you probably beat a couple decks worth a few hundred(: plus one, might try running this as a slightly more expensive deck. Thanks!

Lol, all this talk about strictly keeping it less than or equal to $15 and you're 49cents over! xD

Would this deck still be standard if I played it at an fnm tomorrow?

It might be worth your time to add Boros Reckoner into the deck, main or sideboard. It's only 3 mana, and it's a really good card.

For burn I would suggest something like Path of Bravery as a 3 of or 4of in the side

Although this card will put this deck over 15$ like you wanted it to be(because i feel it suits this deck better), Champion of the Parish would be great.

played this deck at 3 FNM's already first one came in second, second time didn't do to well, third time took top 4 and we split it 4 ways. although this deck is pretty much done at the end o the month. any chances you will be updating it? i look forward to it if so, and working around the Cavalry Pegasus is a great idea to keep

I cant see this deck surviving past rotatation. It was a fun ride, but there's simply too much to replace. only two cards are surviving rotation. Soldier of the pantheon would be a healthy addition but is going to be too pricy to keep the deck under 15:P

Well first FNM with this DECK.
First game, U controllost 2-1 ( last game left him with 3 hp :/ )second game ( green devotion, tons of creatures and mana ) lost 2-1last game, lost 2-1 against a random blue/green deck, game just got 2 long and you dont want it to get longer with this deck, finish asap or .. your doomed :)
My local FNM is a problem, lots of expensive decks (++100 ) so this deck doesnt make it to the top, but for the price...
Its fun yes, but you really need to get lucky on the draw to make it work.
Even with some sideboard, things get messy if you over extend.
