The goal here is to gain a bit of tempo with cheap creatures and removal, then "fateseal" the opponent by altering their draw to work with the cards you have in hand. I included Oona, faeries, and Mindslaver for thematic reasons.

Needs a CMC drop, a bit more mana, and hard removal.
