A W/B pressure deck using auras, removal triggers and life gain. With a hint of control, Favor of the Dead God uses various means to drain the opponent with no hope of recovery as long as my devotion to black is strong enough to keep Erebos, God of the Dead satisfied. Some creatures steal life ( Tormented Hero , Spiteful Returned , Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Obzedat, Ghost Council ) and the rest of the deck is about picking away at the opponent's other resources (creatures and the cards in hand). A decent amount of Scrying to make sure Erebos makes an appearance.
