Fblthp! Wizards finally gave us the meme, so naturally, I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring to create a deck around the most powerful creature in the world!

This deck is a take on my Kami of the Crescent Moon group hug, except it's not group hug anymore. It's turbo Proteus Staff and Isochron Scepter along with Dramatic Reversal 's and High Tide 's and Paradox Engine 's and anything else you can think of to break the little Homunculus.

I've tried to make this as competitive as possible with the cards I have, but any comments are of course welcome! (Note: we're running this creatureless, and I do plan on keeping it that way!)

Let's start with some Combo's

This seems like the sensible place to start because this deck is packed full them. Don't be fooled by Fblthp's lost look, he know's what he's doing.

Infinite Mana Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter plus mana rock that taps for 3+ High Tide + Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine

Infinite Counterspells

2 mana counter inside Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine

Infinite Draw

Any of the above Infinite Mana combos plus Blue Sun's Zenith Stroke of Genius Staff of Domination

Draw for the win

Using Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as the lab maniac

Any of the infinite mana and infinite draw. Enter the Infinite + Omniscience Dream Halls + Enter the Infinte Mirror of Fate

Fun Stuff Fblthp, the Lost + Proteus Staff Stack your deck to what you like, then when the main Homunculus himself ETB's from the Library, draw two cards (i.e. the myriad of two card combo's we have in here, but you're smart enough to see that so this line is irrelevant).

Infinite mana combo's and Staff of Domination for infinite life, infinite tapping creatures etc. It's a busted card with infinite mana so go crazy.

Isochron Scepter + Vapor Snag + Paradox Engine + Sol Ring because this is so filthy and not as expensive as it looks for 4 cards. Just have a few counters in hand because everyone will be gunning to remove this.

Totally Lost yeah, it's 5cmc but hey, it's thematic.

Black Vise...?

This is the secret OP card. We have both Vedalken Orrery and Leyline of Anticipation in this deck, which means you can flash this in whenever you want. It will deal a massive amount of damage to Blue players (or if someone is spamming Erebos, God of the Dead or Greed you can help them lose the rest of their life).

For 1 mana, it shouldn't be seen as a wayward pick; you can surgically remove a player with a well timed Black Vise and it's almost unanswerable.

Sunken hope, sunken dreams...

Another secret OP card. The flavour text on this card is so apt for the reason as to why it is in the deck...

Yes, this card could help people by recycling their ETB's and yes this could be detrimental to you; but who cares? We're using this card to recycle our One Eyed General's ability and it nets us an extra card. Besides, if someone has a deck built around dirty ETB's then they will have plenty of their own ways to bounce them (I'm looking at you Maelstrom Wanderer ).
