This is a variation on bartrabelo's Infect Control changed up some things, and added Inexorable Tide to proliferate more.
Okay now this time this is the actual deck i am using i have these cards, how can i possibly make it better?please and thank you :)
10/30/10 Once i get two more Thrummingbird, Inexorable Tide is going to be taken out. I just found out a friend of mine pulled a Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and is saving it for me, so that adds in another high powered infect creature yay for MtG friends who aren't stingy and give you cards you need!
11/1/10Once i get those two Thrummingbird, my focus will be to quick hit with those creatures, then use Tainted Strike to up the ante and give them Infect. Once combat damage is dealt, BOOM proliferate. its a 3 poison counter turn, with possibilities for more if i can get more out.
11/2/10Woooooo i finally got my second Skithiryx, the Blight Dragoni took out the Inexorable Tidei threw in a Lux Cannon that I pulled for shits and giggles as i still try to acquire those two thrummingbirdssI also want to get another Creeping Tar Pit or get a full play set. I played my friend earlier and took him out by using its creature ability and Tainted Strike
11/4/10I got another Thrummingbird, giving me a total of three. I just need one more, and i'll be good. Took out Lux Cannon for another Contagion Clasp and since i have two Halimar Depths i'll take out two Islands for something. And another friend of mine has just said he'll give me his Distortion Strike so Tainted Strike is out once i get those babies.
11/5/10First off, I'd just like to say, that Everflowing Chalices work wonders with this deck. I thinned out my land and surprisingly, i was never either mana flooded, or lacked mana when i needed to. (well sometimes i did, but that happens with all decks every once in a while) Anyways, i got my third Thrummingbird which leaves me only needing one more and two more Distortion Strke to complete this deck. Anyway, I didn't go to Friday Night Magic tonight because it was canceled:(
Yeah, i know, sad face. But in response, i went over to a friends house and played with him and another friend. And damn did i do good.
One of them plays a white weenie Quest deck and some games he pwned face with a Kor Duelist equipped with both Whisper Cloak and Argentum Armor but other times, he just had no answer for my poison and constant proliferation. He also learned that I usually have a Doom Blade up my sleeve (not literally, that's cheating) and would scream whenever i would destroy his creature right after he equipped his Argentum Armor. We went 2-2 in our four games against each other.
My other friend, played with a Kiln Fiend burn deck, pumping up that creature with an assortment of sorceries and instants, before using Assault Strobe to deal one-turn kill damage. Fortunately, his deck was a little slow, and once i got at least one poison counter on him, i just proliferated over and over and over again. I went 2-0 in our two games.
