Being Blue/Black, we have the options to add cEDH staples but that might be later when I have more money.

The thought was to stall the board by reducing creatures power every turn until you can steal them, or combo with some Aristocrat pieces.

Something to truly slow the game would be the Commander Toxrill, the Corrosive on board with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Kormus Bell. With that and some luck, via owning board state you should soft lock the game for the win.

Main Win Con being the many death triggers and ramp, to maximize the Commanders ability.

The alternate Win Con being poison counters with proliferate. With enough mana and Viral Drake, you can add stress to players on the board and with poison. As well as, Torment of Hailfire with the right conditions.

The deck may have excess mana, but that would allow more consistency with summoning the Commander. Again, as I can spend more into this, I will add those cEDH staples to combo win.
