One of my most successful Modern brews using unusual cards so far.

Undercosted, aggressive creatures to enable Ferocious, brought into play to avoid their drawback by various means (see "Bypass").

Temur Ascendancy is a centerpiece of the deck.
14 creatures (in the main board) have power 4 or greater, so they will not only replace themselves, but also get quite dangerous thanks to the haste it grants.

Further cards that greatly profit from their high power:

• Cream of the Crop (topdecking value)
• Crater's Claws (cheap removal or straight up game-ender if you have ferocious and Crater's Claws + Joraga Treespeaker .)
• Momentous Fall (very nice in response to removal, the lifegain is not to be underestimated either. See combos below.)
• Domri Rade (the -2 fight usually works in your favor. Also nice with Yasova Dragonclaw .)

Tricks to get Myr Superion out:

• Joraga Treespeaker + Myr Superion
• Burning-Tree Emissary + Myr Superion
• Aether Vial + Myr Superion

Tricks to get Illusory Angel out:

• Illusory Angel + Manamorphose
• Burning-Tree Emissary + Illusory Angel
• Aether Vial + Illusory Angel
• Hardcasting after any of the twelve 1cc spells.

Card advantage:

• Temur Ascendancy will turn most creatures in this deck into (hasty) cantrips. (Cream of the Crop + Temur Ascendancy can get out of hand quickly. Vexing Devil is amazing value with this. Usually a four damage cantrip for .)
• Domri Rade (You have a good chance of topdecking a creature. Cream of the Crop + Domri Rade make a successful topdeck very likely.
• Momentous Fall (See notes above)

Mana fixing: Joraga Treespeaker + Manamorphose : Helps to get Temur Ascendency out more easily. Also useful to pay for Yasova Dragonclaw 's ability. Burning-Tree Emissary: If you happen to only get red or green mana from your lands, she might help you to cast either spell of the other color in your hand. Or Temur Ascendency.* Aether Vial: Duh.

Power Conduit targets:

• Aether Vial + Power Conduit : Allows to remove excess charge counters (for less predictable 'vial flashes') while simultaneously turning them into permanent +1/+1 boosts.
• Forgotten Ancient + Power Conduit : Keeps the drawback minimal while equally boosting your creatures.
• Joraga Treespeaker + Power Conduit : Dump your mana and boost your creatures.
• Domri Rade + Power Conduit : Honorable mention for utility.

Some more tricks:

• Forgotten Ancient + Yasova Dragonclaw : Make use of the creature you boosted. Aside from simply attacking, you can make it fight via Domri Rade, snitch its counter via Power Conduit onto something else, and eventually cause a Momentous Fall.
• Domri Rade + Yasova Dragonclaw : Create a Blood Feud ! Or simply Threaten one creature, kill another by 'brute force', and go for the alpha strike.
• Momentous Fall + Sheltering Ancient : Cumulative upkeep isn't worth it? Drawing 5 cards and gaining 5 life probably is. Horray for instant speed!
• Momentous Fall + Myr Superion : With him out and four mana open, odds are you'll either win through the current board state or refill your hand and life total once your opponents targets the myr with removal.
• Momentous Fall + Yasova Dragonclaw : As mentioned further above, especially hilarious in combination with Forgotten Ancient .
• Momentous Fall + Vexing Devil : The fortunate upsides of being an instant allows you to turn this into a Tidings for if you're in a pinch by casting it in response to the etb trigger. (Your opponent can even still choose to pay 4 life if so inclined :D) If you have an Aether Vial with one counter out, you even got yourself instant speed draw (with lifegain).
