So how does going from zero creatures to twelve hasty damage for six mana sound?
The Combo
Ohmygodthere'sacombowherewhere--
Before we get too excited, it's not an infinite combo or even an instant win combo. So it looks like this. You have a Flameshadow Conjuring on the field (*I knew it!*). You cast Woodland Bellower. And the fun begins.
The enchantment and the beast both trigger. Arrange the stack so that Bellower's trigger resolves first. Fetch a
Bounding Krasis
.
Now you have two more triggers, the Krasis and the enchantment. Resolve Krasis' ability first, untapping a Rattleclaw Mystic. Tap it to make a copy of the Krasis. The token WON'T trigger Flameshadow Conjuring, but it will untap that Mystic again.
Now tap for red to make a copy of Woodland Bellower, whose FC trigger is the last on the stack. REPEAT EVERYTHING you just did.
When you're finished, you should have two hasty Krasis Tokens, a hasty Bellower token, two actual Krases and a nontoken Bellower. Swing 12 this turn (plus whatever else you had out) and another 12 next turn! If that doesn't win you the game on the spot, it's at least gotta be a step in the right direction.
The Everything Else
For the rest of it, this deck is meant to be a fatty-beatdown-style midrange deck. Savage Knuckleblade is aggressively costed possibly hasted, and somewhat resilient. He can also be fetched with a Bellower when necessary. Managorger Hydra gets mean quick, and his ability makes him tougher to burn.
Surrak, the Hunt Caller
hastens all of your scary things, and Shaman of the Great Hunt gives you value and puts on hella pressure. Collected Company, with fifteen possible targets, sounds like value to me!
Rattleclaw Mystic advances the schedule by one turn, giving a t3 Knucks haste or else just speeding up Surrak, haman, or the combo. Atarka's Command also offers a little ramp, plus whatever else you need at the moment (probably the bolt).
Finally, the rest is burn spells for clearing the way and keeping you alive against RDW. Heir of the Wilds is a good blocker against threats early or late, and can swing as an evasive 3/3.
The Sideboard
Stubborn Denial against any removal-heavy deck.
Sagu Mauler
and Gaea's Revenge against control.
Seismic Rupture
and
Feed the Clan
against aggro.
Become Immense
+
Temur Battle Rage
as an additional win-out-of-nowhere combo if you need it.
Thanks for reading!
As always, all feedback (and criticism!) is welcome. If you don't think the deck is viable, say so! I don't want to put money into Nissa's unless I have to. I already own most everything else.
Aside from that, I mostly just need sideboard help. One more thing-- I want to use this as the shell for a post-rotation deck, so please no Theros-M15 stuff.
If you like, please +1 or comment!
