Sixth deck in the Fun For the Whole Wheel series.

Ever since There's block dropped, I've always wanted to build a five color god deck. This, this one hurts the wallet. Food budget aside, the gods have finally been brought under one beautiful Pantheon.

I went with Karona as the general for two reasons. 1. I like the team buff that she gives me whenever I'm ready to swing with all I have. 2. I already used Child for the Generals deck. I know, lame. But I had to build Karona one way or another. This is all I came up with. Don't judge me.

So the general theme of this deck turned out to be a sort of psudo-sliver deck. All the gods either passively give awesome abilities, or have really badass activated abilites. Their weapons straight up act like slivers for your board only.

Going with the ability sharing theme, I went with the archetype cycle alongside the dictate cycle. They fit the enchament flavoring while all still being from Theros. Speaking of the dictates...

I included the Praetors due to the similarities between their effects and the dictates' effects. They are essentially dieties on Phyrexia, so I feel it works in a way. Plus, I added more Phyrexian flavoring in the cycle of shrines. I was going to run the Harbingers, but they end up being too much of a liability.
