Spellbreaker Behemoth for protecting fatties.
Mage Slayer is a must to put on Borborygmos .
Breath of Fury , keep handing it off to flyers or tramplers to run a train.

I think Far Wanderings will work better than Cultivate for you in this deck.

I wouldn't be using Shivan Oasis or Highland Weald . You don't need THAT much mana-fixing.
In the very least, I'd take out some mana-rocks and include sorcery-based ramp, like card:Nature's Lore, Skyshroud Claim , and card:Kodama's Reach. Artifacts are easily mass-destroyed, but lands tend to stick around far longer.

It looks nice. But let's find some replacements.
Boar Umbra is kinda.... ehh.. I'd replace that with Canopy Cover and here's why. Hexproof + Evasion > +3/+3 and totem armor to me. Gruul Guildmage doesn't seem to be useful to me, Vexing Shusher is a suggested replacement, to resist control. You could find ways to squeeze in Worldly Tutor or Fauna Shaman too, for tutor effects. Since you're playing with big 'ole creatures, Warstorm Surge may also be a cool idea.
If you look into more mechanical lands Yavimaya Hollow , Boseiju, Who Shelters All , Kessig Wolf Run , Strip Mine and Oran-Rief, the Vastwood are my suggestions.

Magus of the Arena too. Daybreak Ranger Flip and maybe Triangle of War for an instant fight without needing Ulvenwald Tracker . Cuz he can't always be there when you're itching for a fight.
