The idea is to auto-win with Azor's Elocutors by getting five filibuster counters. (The idea of a winning by a filibuster was too hilarious to resist). Ideally you can stall with the walls long enough to get Elocutors into play, then you can shut down any damage with control/damage prevention.

With so much proliferate, it should not take too long to trigger.
