AKA Proliferating Prodigies

Gameplan

This is a deck where you get to use counters in both senses. Stick a wizard, then play tempo control while proliferating and drawing lots of cards. Eventually either just classic swing out or mill out with Jace.

Creatures

Benthic Biomancer: Either drop turn one adapt turn two, or later on you can play and adapt same turn. Also adapt can be done at instant speed so you can wait to activate. Keeps counters not cards. Can be used to dig for answers at instant speed.

Ingenious Prodigy: Works at any point in the game. X=0 you can add counters later, X=1 you can keep the counter to proliferate or draw a card, then X>1 just pure value. Keeps cards not counters. Multiple of these gets gross.

Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  : Good ol' Literal Actual Baby Jace. Slow compared to the other creatures, but really this guy is for mid to late game when you've locked things down. Remember that proliferate works on loyalty counters.

Non-creatures

Experimental Augury, Reject Imperfection, Serum Snare: If you've played blue, these do that plus also proliferate. Note that the mana value 3 or less is only for the proliferate and not for the whole effect, so it still works in a pinch.

Final Showdown: Does lots of things. Instant speed board wipe, protect your creatures, and/or no more abilities. Your abilities usually don't matter, and there are lots of good abilities in Pioneer you will want to turn off. Note that you choose which creature gains indestructible on resolve not cast.

Get Lost: White staple.

Lost in the Maze: Tap your opponents stuff down. If you start proliferating the stun counters you can lock things down pretty good. Can also protect your own stuff in a pinch.

No More Lies: Control staple.

Slip Out the Back: Can fog an opponent's thing, protect your thing, or worst case just put a counter on your creature. Great with a X=0 Ingenious Prodigy. Phase rules are weird, but remember that you can block then phase.

Sideboard

Calamity's Wake, Lion Sash: Graveyard hate.

Dovin's Veto: For the mirror.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion, The Wandering Emperor: If your opponent is running lots of creature hate.

Prologue to Phyresis: Sometimes you need to poison them out what can I say.

Sphinx's Revelation: If you are trying to out value your opponent. Just look up why this card is good.

Sunfall, Supreme Verdict: Against aggro these can come out faster than Final Showdown.
